The by-invitation-only Large Show Roundtable (LSR) facilitates the exchange of information among peers - those who manage large shows. This unique opportunity encourages qualified participants to exchange solutions with those who have the same concerns. In this informal format there are no presentations and the discussions are facilitated to keep them on target.

The topics will be chosen by the participants. Topics selected have included:

• Effective marketing strategies to attract qualified attendees
• New ideas to keep your show fresh and vibrant
• Sponsorship and exhibit sales strategies and compensation
• Ways to increase your exhibitors' ROI
• How to strengthen your last show day
• International attendance

All discussions at the LSR will be directly relevant to your concerns. And everything said will be confidential; no suppliers nor media will be allowed in the room.

Only show managers for large shows are eligible to attend (see definitions on the application).

The number of attendees at each LSR is limited to 20 and slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so please apply today to insure your spot (click here for Application).

Large Show Roundtable (LSR) Qualifications

There are strict eligibility requirements to attend LSR.  They are:

1. Attendees must be employed by an organization (association or independent) that directly owns and produces one or more exhibitions/conventions with at least 140,000 net square feet of exhibit space.
2. Attendees must be responsible for sales, marketing and/or management of the event.
3. There is a limit of one attendee per event.

LSR Registration and Fees

1. Once your application is approved, you will be invoiced $375.
2. Full refunds will be allowed until June 24, 2008.  No refunds will be allowed after June 24, 2008, but substitutes that meet LSR’s eligibility requirements will be permitted
